Return Eligibility

- Laptop Batteries: 15 days
- Laptop Adapters: 15 days
- Laptop Keyboards: 7 days
- Networking Equipment: 7 days
- Laptop Cooling Pads: 7 days
- HUBs: 7 days
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without original packaging or accessories.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:You can initiate a replacement/refund request by following the steps provided in the Return and Warranty link or Contact our Customer Support Team at support@ramdevitworld.local or call us at 8042053531 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a case id by email.
- Reverse Pickup: After receiving your refund request, we will arrange a reverse pickup to collect your product.
- Shipping the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Verification: Once your returned product is delivered to our warehouse, we will begin the verification process. If the product passes the necessary checks, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refund Process: If the return meets our criteria, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
- Initiate an Exchange:You can initiate a replacement/refund request by following the steps provided in the Return and Warranty link or Contact our Customer Support Team at support@ramdevitworld.local or call us at +91-8042053531 to initiate an exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for a reverse pickup to collect the product.
- Shipping the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number.
- Verification: Once the collected product is delivered to our warehouse, we will proceed with the verification of your return order.
- Initiate Exchange: After verification, we will promptly initiate the exchange process within the next 24 to 48 hours. We value your satisfaction and aim to address any concerns promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Empty Box on Arrival
If you receive a damaged product, defective product, or an empty box (missing items), please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share clear photos/videos of:
- The outer packaging (showing shipping label clearly)
- The product (if damaged or defective)
- The empty box (if applicable)
- The unboxing video (if available)
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Abuse of Return Policy
Techie reserves the right to reject returns or limit services for customers found misusing or abusing the return policy.
